CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay price is required to confirm the reservation.

Free Cancellation: Reservations can e cancelled or modified free of charge up to 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
In this case,no further fees will apply { however,the initiel 30% deposit is retained by the accommodation provider}

Late Cancellation { 60 days or lessbefore arrival }
If you cancel your reservation 60 days or less before arrival, or in the event of a no-show,you are required to pay 100% of the total price of the stay.

Remaining Balance: The Remaining 70% of the total price is due no latel than 7 days before arrival {unless agreed otherwise}

To protect against unexpected circumstances {illness,injury,etc} we strongly recommend that guests take out travel cancellation insurance,witch covers these situations.
